Because while the idea of not having to manually update WordPress plugins sounds amazing, trusting *another* service with access to all your client sites... that's a level of faith usually reserved for cults and believing WordPress will *finally* fix the media library. Also, competing with Freemius is brave. Like, really brave. Good luck convincing people they don't need a storefront when they can barely handle updating plugins in the first place.
